Looks like this year or tbms starting this month Cover will heavily focus more on:

• Support for outstanding talent
• Its proprietary technologies
• Talent discovery and development

YAGOO is centralizing control in cover he will be heading the entire Operations division he will also head the new Talent division and he will act as the Final decision maker for the talent division. Also the talent division is now an entirely independent division (they didnt clarify what the independence mean but only that it will have increase in staffing which most likely mean more managers and imma guess talent discovery/development team)
