Been trying to do more active listening lately, but I have no knowledge of headphones. I've used some 30€ sony in-ears for years, but from what I have read Over-Ear is better for longer listening. (if 1 hour counts as long)

Any advice on sth that is both comfortable and sounds good? Wired since this is for home use.
