Feels like boots is very optional considering how viego works
(this is about burst viego with HoB)
You rarely take prolonged fights in your own body without E, you are mostly dead if you do so, so you don't need the extra mobility from boots.
More often than not, your E, or simply walking if you have relentless hunter provides enough roaming speed. plus, skipping boots lets you hit your item spikes much faster. thoughts?
