Clicky Keyswitches
Howdy fellow Redditors!
The model I want is currently sold out of the new Clicky Keyswitches option. My neurodivergent brain really loves the sound of some loud clicky keys. Sensory-wise, it's a total dopamine rush for me.
1.) How much more satisfying are the newer clicky keys vs. older versions of these models?
2.) Is it TOO loud? Like... if I happened to be working on my book at a cafe, would other people want to punch me over it?
3.) Does anyone have a video comparing the sound differences between the two?
I'm trying to decide if I should be patient and wait for them to restock on the new Clicky Keyswitch option and then buy it at full price, OR if I should buy a refurbished one that's a bit cheaper. (And maybe it would be loud enough already even without the upgrade.)
I'm hoping for the Hemingway model if I can help it. Even though my father named me as a nod to Poe. ;)
