Club advice

I’m currently using my dad’s set of Titleist DTR clubs which I think are probably around what, 25-30 years old? I had a set of Donnay clubs which compared to the DTR’s are much much newer, but something about the Titleist clubs feels better. Whether it’s just the weight of the clubs feeling heavier which feel right for me, I’m not sure. So my question is, if I want to improve my score at all, should I look to get a newer set of some sort?

With these heavier clubs, I don’t swing the ball as much as I was doing. So just looking to see what advice anyone has or whether I should just stick with what I have. I would like to improve my score, just play for fun though with my brother and son.

I’m just rewatching Atlantis atm, and got thinking. Why didn’t any computer games come about for the franchise. Out of a hell of a lot of shows, developers could go absolutely anywhere with a story from the Stargate franchise and as long as it had all the right aspects then I think it would be one hell of a game. You have the Goa’uld in the Milky Way or Wraith/Replicators in Pegasus for enemies or potentially have a one off enemy just for the game.

I know they briefly skirted with the idea, and I swear I remember some sort of demo for a Stargate game (correct me if I’m wrong). But I’m thinking a Stargate game similar to something like how Mass Effect worked, would look awesome. 3 game over arching story haha

Was it just to do with lack of popularity at the time? With a new show coming at some point soon, I think it would be a great time to have one 😄
