Hello all, I'm an administrator for a commercial HVAC company. What are the differences in everyone's different types of labor rates? For example, if your regular labor rate is $100/hr, what would you charge for Emergency? After-Hours? Rush Labor? (I know what overtime will be.)

Hiiii I'm currently trying to hastily format apps in Monday.com during my free trial. I understand that glitches will happen with permissions because of this, but its hard to convince my boss it will run smoothly once we select a plan. My whole goal is to completely replace Housecall Pro, but monday is also about 50% more expensive. Should we just stick with Housecall Pro despite it's glitches and inability to adapt to our needs? TIA
