Looking for advice. Getting a quote for DSCR
-Single family home
-cash out
-Arv $135k
-75% Arv able to be cashed out
-credit above 770
-rate 7.2% no points
-6.6% with 3 points
-origination and underwriting $2700
-6 month seasoning
-doesn’t need to have a signed lease
-1.0 dscr ratio or better (property should be around 1.25)
Advice? First time doing this. Seem right in current market?
