Dressrosa buff ideas
What would you guys pick?
I would like to see Sugar, red doffy, senior pink and Trich Zoro buffs.
Sugar heal from units with atk increase in TA, able to hit people in toy form, counter removes def stacks and nulls stat boost for 15 secs if toy is nulified, and gives you some amount of dr. Fill to 150 when above 30% hp.
Pink, basically just a s shark clone would be nice.
I haven't played Zoro or red doffy enough to know what I want but just want them playable.

Is this legal? (TX) Forced fence removal
My family lives in a manufactured home park.
You can own the home garage ect. But rent the lot.
Our park manager sent a letter stating all residents must remove our fences (apparently at our own cost), and can only get a new one through "approved vendors".
I don't see how they expect us to afford this we live in a mobile home park not really flush with an extra 5+ grand for this type of thing. And the fence was a big selling point for us as we have dogs and kids.
I understand we don't own the land, but is this legal to tell us to remove what the house came with?
