ISO Manhattan post-elopement dinner venue for 11 people

I’m looking for a restaurant with a small private room and ideally family style menu for a post-city hall elopement dinner with immediate family including 3 children ages 5-13. TYIA for suggestions! We live on UES so anything from UES to Fidi is fair game.

ISO MUA for 9/17 Manhattan elopement!

I'm looking for a natural to "mild" glam look for my 9/17 elopement, +/- makeup for my mother and MIL!

We will be getting ready on the UES for an afternoon ceremony. No hair services needed (using my usual stylist).

Budget somewhat flexible but not wanting to spend more than $1000 or so in total, not including the cost of a bridal trial. Recommendations appreciated, vendors welcome if you have availability that day please link your portfolio :)
