Rotationplasty Prosthetic

Greetings to everyone here. I was diagnosed with osteosarcoma when i was 8 on 2009 and I undego many procedures like 4 limb salvage operation. I just underwent rotationplasty on September 24, 2024 and I just got my prosthetic this year on May 30.

I just want ask if any of you here have the same experience with me. When I use my prosthetic the top of my foot (pic above, not my actual foot) really brush against the socket and its really painful after wearing it for awhile(i think my prosthesist made the socket very well done that is doesn't have little space anymore). Even when im sitting i can feel the burning sensation slowly seeping in. I have a skinny foot thats why I can really feel it.

Its really affecting my mental health cause I was really excited to have my prosthetic and be able to walk again without a walking aid since 17 years of my life and be independent. I cant ask anyone locally because there are only few cases of rotationplasty here in the Philippines and if im not mistaken im the first one here in my city, and because of that there are only few prosthesist who knows about rotationplasty and they're are not really used to making it. Thats why i really need your suggestions and ideas how to make it more comfortable. Good day to everyone.
