Hi guys!
Okay I have a hefty amount of anxiety about traveling to new places because I get panic attacks sometimes and just worry too much but I also love the idea of traveling.

I’m going to Denver, Colorado for the first time In August and I’d like to go hiking .
Please tell me about altitude sickness experiences, how you stayed happy, what’s the whole experience on change in altitude. I’m coming from Ohio.
