Green Protocol w/ Zercher Squat
Hey all,
I’m kicking off my Velocity journey in the Green Protocol. Move to Outcome after that. I’m training for a LEO Tactical Unit. Lots of fast rucks in selection. I was looking at doing front squats, but my wrist and lat mobility really limits me with front squats. Just can go heavy in that front rack position. I plan to do Zercher Squats for the overall back, core stability and leg strength benefits.
Strength Cluster will be Bench, Zercher Squat, Weighted Pull Up
Good idea? Thoughts?
