Chasing too many handyman contractors to get a project completed ?

Been in property circles long enough to see the same nightmare play out over and over: a PM gets a maintenance call, calls a plumber, the plumber can't do the drywall patch, so they call another guy, who's unavailable until Thursday, and now a $300 fix turns into a 2-week saga and an angry tenant.
