These four dragons come from an alternate timeline where Jacaerys Velaryon lives and the pact of Ice and Fire is fulfilled through his marriage with Sara snow in which he revealed it after the dance of dragons (he'd still marry Baela and his children with her would inherit the iron and his children with Sara would inherit dragonstone and with the promise of the two lines marrying) these four dragons would be hatched from the eggs Vermax laid in Winterfell and be cradle eggs for Sara's line.

When making these dragons I was loosely using the theme of the four horsemen of the apocalypse.

Wraith the weirwood ghost is the oldest of the four dragons his rider is the first born son Cregan Velaryon, people say he is a weirwood tree in dragon shape because of his colours matching one though he's more of a light silver than white. The dragon was quiet creature that rarely let out even a screech but was quite the vicious beast even has a hatchling only ever calm when around Cregan, wherever he goes death follows, whether its a rabbit or a foe.

Hellblaze the red demon is the second oldest, its scales match the colours of house Targaryen perfectly with its red scales and black membrane his rider is the eldest daughter Visenya Velaryon, despite being younger he is more bulkier and stronger then the other dragons of his age, the dragon keepers have trouble keeping him in the dragon pit constantly having to bribe him with food and even so he wouldn't accept anything but large prey he have to fight to eat a task that grew difficult when he got bigger, he is always first to arrive on a battles and last to leave.

Starvax the jade hunger is a beautiful green dragon belonging to the youngest, Daughter Rhaenyra Velaryon, she is she has the largest appetite out of the four dragons despite being the skinniest aswell when she descends on the battlefield the leaves no bodies, the dragon keepers can't keepe her near the other dragons when feeding them or she'll steal the other's food.

Viraxes the plague breather is the youngest of the four dragons and belongs to the younger son Viserys Velaryon, Viraxes is toxic purple dragon with dark green membrane, she is has the habit of eating rotten meat causing her saliva to be filled with bacteria making every bite she inflicts to become easily infected.

In the year 45 AC a deranged looking valyrian looking man entered the throne room of Maegor the cruel and immedietly bent the knee to Maegor and presented the king with a strang looking dragon egg and exclaimed that he is a bastard from volantis and that he's been all over the world even the ruins of old valyria and that's where he found the dragon egg, the egg was larger then others it's colour was a mix of black and red with a violet eye like patern on it and he stated that if the cruel King aided in him hatching the egg he'd be absolutely loyal to him til his death, and that house targaryen will have a dragon mighter than the black dread, everyone thought the man was mad, and the king must have thought so aswell.

Maegor responded by killing the man and taking the egg but from that day forward he'd be having dreams of a dragon that matches the colour of the egg, this dragon in his dream was seen eating a weirwood tree, standing amongst the burning citadel and flying over the corpse of Vhagar, he'd keep the egg by his side stating "this egg shall hatch into a monster of a dragon and it will be ridden by my heir and I shall not risk such an egg's protection to anyone else" but unfortunately for him he'd have no heir and in 48 AC when he was found dead on the iron throne the egg had hatched and the hatchling was found feasting on the dead king.

The dragon would be named GrimnFire, he was coal black with a blood red underside and wing membrane coloured pinkish red with a purple eye pattern on the wings, his horns were violet with horns of that same colour going from his neck to his tail. No matter how hard they try the dragon keepers and the targaryens couldn't keep him contain, he could have be seen flying around the crown lands and dragonstone but always returned to the keepers for food and never caused problems for the small folk and the Lords, he grew quickly and the smaller dragons feared him, the dragon keepers described him as a prideful creature and strangly enough like his meat as raw as possible, despite never causing harm to the small folk they feared him even the dragon keepers hesitated to approach him all because of his freighting appearance and his origins.

Due to this he remained unclaimed but by 54 AC a young targaryen girl approached him in the middle of the night and in the morning he was flying over Kingslanding with Aerea Targaryen on his back she later told her family

"I was originally going to claim Ballarion but on my way to the black dread I found GrimnFire sleeping alone and I got a good look at him, and thought he looked strangely beautifully the colour with the way his colours blend, Ballarion has has more than one riders at this point while GrimnFire hasn't even had one yet, plus he was feasting on my father's killer, so I thought it would be fitting for me to claim him".

From that day on GrimnFire wouldn't be flying alone, the pair would often be seen flying around Westoros together, GrimnFire would have a dragon equivalent to a of look happiness whenever Aerea approached him but unfortunately for him that happiness wouldn't last long as in 56 AC Aerea Targaryen was struck by a sudden and quick illness in which she didn't survive and when she died from it GrimnFire had let out the most saddening earpierceing roar that anyone has anyone heard from a dragon and then he started flying away he could be spotted all around the seven kingdom the bards would sing.

"The ugly dragon mourns the death of the princess that called him beautiful, he mourns the death of the only person who didn't fear him, now he flys without purpose and while he mourns he'll continue to fly until he finishes processing his lost".

​

Adventually the dragon grew tired and landed in the gods wood in Harrenhal to rest that's when saw the weirwood tree in heart of it, the residence of the house who were bold enough to get close report it stated.

​

"The dragon looked at the face of the tree, it had let out an aggressive roar, must had thought it was an actual person and when the tree didn't move away like an actual person would have the beast bit down on the tree and ate half of the face, it then started shaking erratically, it let out a roar of pure rage then flew away".

​

After GrimnFire left Harrenhal he flew straight to old town and set fire to the citadel to it the people people who witnessed this stated that the dragon seemed to speficicly target the maestars of all kind everyone and everything else that had burned seemed to just have been caught in the cross fire. The dragon did not stuck around long and soon flew away after his rage burned out, then he flew off to dragonstone, much of the citadel was destroyed alot of records and information became ash the only upside was that GrimnFire wasn't the largest of dragons and more could have been destroyed, it would be this event that gave the dragon the title of the terror.

From that year onward the terror would be seen around the dragon stone often seen stopping the cannibal from raiding in the hatcharies, in the early years it was by making it chase him and lead him away but in the later years when he grew to a larger size he would fight him off. There would be one event of during Jaehaery's rein that would add to the savagery to the terror, that being when in the year 83 AC the terror followed the king and his sons on top of their dragons, and joined them in the burning of the Dornish fleet, and a similar event happened again during the rein of king Viserys where he was seen burning the ships of the Triarchy.

In 129 AC when Prince Lucerys Velaryon on top of Arax was desperately flying away from Aemond one eye with Vhagar just before the massive dragon could crush the pair in her jaws the terror had appeared and attacked the green beast, Lucerys was able to escape and when Vhagar returned to Kingslanding she was missing her right eye.

The terror would then be spotted around burning green soldiers who tried to get close to crownland castles of Lords who declared for Rhaenyra.

​

In 130 AC during the battle of the gullet when Vermax fell, when Prince Jacaerys was clinging to wreckage for dear life the terror appeared and in a instant the boats surrounding the prince were ash, the dragon scooped the young prince in his talons and took him to safty, the terror had chosen its new rider.

​

The dragon keepers didn't have an explanation for the terror's strange behaviour during the dance some believed he craves violence and now wants a rider. But would others countered if he just wanted violence he'd be killing men on both sides not just the greens but one thing was certain the blacks now had gained one of the largest dragons (at this point he's a midsize between dreamfire and vermithor leaning more towards vermithor and since Ballarion doesn't disappear and returned injured in this timeline he's still alive meaning GrimnFire is the fourth largest dragon) and when the news got to the Greens it was worrying to say the least but this news trouble Aemond one eye the most as two of Maegor's dreams about the terror has come true and third involes his dragon.

After Jacaery's first proper flight with GrimnFire he gave the statement of "when flying the terror I felt more powerful than ever, I had the urge to fight, to make foes bow and kill those who refuse, I had a want to protect others aswell, he's surprisingly fast and agile for his side, he has a sense of malicious intelligence and yet when I approached him I saw pure joy in his eyes".

​

The young prince Jacaerys started to act more prideful and a bit over confident in his capabilities, the historians would theorise he was greatly influenced by the prideful unsubmiting nature of the terror. Less then a month after the young prince had fully recovered from the battle of the gullet he has sent a letter to his uncle Aemond stating,

Dear uncle.

We ride the largest dragons on our respective sides of the war, the death of either one of us can change the outcome of this conflict, meet me at Harrenhal, bring Vhagar and we will fight, the last dragon of the conquest vs the dragon that ate the cruel, I'll be waiting.

From Prince Jacaerys Vhalareon, the heir of the rightful queen of the Iron throne

Fourteen days, for fourteen the prince waited for his uncle, and once Aemond one eye arrived he meet with his nephew outside the ruined castle.

​

Jacaerys: "for the attempt of taking my brother's life, my dragon and I will bring your short rein of terror to an end"

​

Aemond: "I was only chasing him to make him pay his debt, he owes me his eye, and once I kill you, I'm going to take both his and his dragon’s eye, after all the terror may be the own to take Vhagar's eye but that would never have happened if he paid the debt he owned"

​

The two then got onto their dragon's backs and took the sky, but only then they revealed themselves king Aegon the second ontop of Sunfyre and prince Daron on Tarsarion dive from the clouds to join the fight, it was clear that Aemond wasn't going to take the chance of Maegor's third prediction coming true and he's preventing it by making it a 1v3 .

​

Both the greens and the blacks would dramatise the fight, the greens would do so by making the fight out that they were the closes to bring the terror to death out of anyone else in the beast's history, the blacks would by speaking of how no how hard the greens hit them Jacaerys and the terror kept fighting, never backing down, but the people who witnessed the fight would speak of tale of the most one sided battle ever seen.

​

The blue queen's attacks barely effected the terror who reacted to them a horse would to a fly, with mild annoyance it was only when she tried blasting GrimnFire with fire to the face that the massive beast finally had enough with the small she dragon and he engulfed her with violet flames streaked with hellish red and slashed with void black, Tarsarion barely survived the fire but her rider did not as Daron became ashes in the wind.

​

The usurper king was seen attempting to attack but seem to back down at the last moment multiple times out of fear of GrimnFire and when the youngest of the green brothers became ash, Jacaerys and his dragon made Sunfyre their next target, the massive black and red dragon grabbed the ankles of the smaller gold dragon and draged them across the sky above Harrenhal before it then slammed the gold dragon's back against one of the towers of the biggest castle of Westoros, the false king died being crushed between stone and his dragon’s saddle.

Vhagar was only one to put up an actual fight, the two massive beasts grappled and clawed at each other, the green beast tried biting on the terror's neck but was met with massive spikes cutting into her jaw, the fight concluded when the terror wrapped his tail around Vhagar's neck his spikes digging into her throat, the terror looked at Aemond one eye, and let out a small roar that almost sounded like a laugh and with a single movement he ripped opened her throat, then he released the last dragon of the conquest and the beast fell crashing down below. The terror victoriously circled the fallen dragon, it soon landed next to it and let out a commanding roar. Sunfyre and Tarsarion approached the terror, injured and now riderless, they bowed their heads to the mighter dragon and followed it back to dragonstone, apon returning to dragonstone Blackfyre and the conqueror's crown was taken from the crushed corpse of Aegon the second who was still attached to the saddle.

With the three green sons dead, and symbols of legitimacy such as Blackfyre and the conquerors crown in the hands of the blacks, with no dragon to match the might of the terror, the greens surrendered Otto Hightower was executed, Allicent Hightower was imprisoned, Sir Christion Cole was sent to the wall and Hallaena Targaryen and her children were forced to renounce their claim to the iron throne but were able to live their lives without trouble.

(And that's it, the only questions that I will are timeline ones, I was aiming to write this in a way that makes it seem mysterious and vague, if this post does well enough I'll do a extended version in the point of view of the terror which will answer the more mysterious possibly confusing parts of it, but I do want to see your theories to fill in the gaps)

So this post will be about the house to house Razewing that being house LightHowl

House LightHowl's sigil is of the monster known as Zinorge on a light blue field with yellow marks around it (not ment to mean anything just thought it looked nice). Out of the 1000 riders within the sellsword company they have 170 of them. The house prioritise in mainly fanged wyvern monster species (there baisicly giant dogs and sometimes cats). Basic soldiers of the house uses palamutes as their monsters as while it is a fanged beast and not a fanged wyvern (I swear they are two different monster species) Palamutes fit the mold appearance wise for the house and its easier to give every soldier what's Baisicly a dog that's if you make a wolf hound the size of a (real life) dire wolf while keeping its build, than giving every soldier a dog that's larger than a (game of thrones) dire wolf. Their loyalty to house Razewing is because the head at the house during the sellsword company's foundation Hyoro Light-Howl was the half brother of the leader of house Razewing of the time Leo Razewing, rider culture has a huge importance on family as the very foundation of rider culture is base on forging kinship, the crime of kinslaying is so hated apon that the punishment is death by stabing, the person who carried out the sentence would get a hot knife and stab the criminal till they die, starting from non vital areas, and by law this execution cannot take longer then seven days and seven nights after that they must be put down. Members of the house are identifiable by their blond hair and green or icy blue eyes famous words they use are "we fight together we are a pact, united we are unstoppable".There are four members of house LightHowl during the time of the conquest.

Gaulon LightHowl is the Head of the house he is a 40 year old man with green eye, shaved bald head and blond beard he is the brother in law of Lute Razewing through his sister Simone LightHowl who was the wife of Lute Razewing, Gaulon is also who Gaul Razewing is named after. He is a man of honer, he has policy of talking to lower rank soldiers before deciding if they deserve to be promoted or not, to him the killing stops when the battle stops, if an opponent surrenders they shall be spared there shall be no harming the innocent while he's around those he sentence to die shall die at his blade. He has two sons he's so disappointed with the older son to the point that he out right stated that he has the younger son first inline for succession then his younger two nephews from house Razewing (his older nephew and niece are not inline for succession because there already first inline to inherit house Razewing) then his elder son. He wears his house's ancestral thunder lord zinorge armor (image 2) his weapon is a long sword called wailing ghost (image 3) and his monster is a magnamalo called Hellfyre (image 4).

Lilia LightHowl is the wife of Gaulon LightHowl she's 42, she was originally one of his generals until one night after a month long job they celebrated at a company feast and the two got drunk and spent the night in bed, she was later found pregnant and Gaulon being the hounerable man he is married her, now yes the riders do have a culture of marrying for love so one out of houner might seem out of place but they did have feelings for each the only reason why they didn't date was the power imbalance of him being her lord and her as one of his generals. Shes not the strongest of the generals but has quite the mind for sige tactics and excellent adaptability skills, she keeps a professional mannerism while in battle to her its just work, she doesn't find any joy in ending another's life. She has a joy for music often seen playing melodies at feast and banquets. Her eyes are a soft brown and her hair is long and a light Hazel color. She wears armor made from a pukei-pukei (image 6) she uses the zinorge hunting horn called Usurper's growl (image 5)which was a gift from Gaulon, her chosen mount is the fast and agile Tobi-kadachi (image 7) named flash bolt.

Zellion LightHowl is the older son of Gaulon and Lilia he has his father's eyes and his mother's hair, he is nothing like his parents he's cruel, malicious and couldn't care less about people in general famously stated by him "Unless I have a reason to I will not care about anymore, I care for my family because their mine and I will never let anyone take what's mine I care for Iris (she's someone from house Soulsear and will go into detail on her when I do that house) because I am going to make her mine and if I have her or any thing I want no one can" as that quote suggests he's also possessive and dosent see people as people only objects. He's quite skinny, not very strong but makes up for that with his speed and malicious intelligence he wears red Khezu armor (image 8) and uses a baisic iron bow (image 9) but compensates it by uses items like throwing knives coated in toxins aswell as flash, smoke bombs and all other sort of tools. His monster is the closes thing to a positive release he has and even then its toxic as his own father puts it "riders forges with their monsters we do not make them bend to our will but my boy he doesn't understand that when you ride the beast you become one with it, he believes its all about control he believes that its all about showing your monster who's boss". His monster is a Odogoran (image 10) named throat biter.

Simon LightHowl is the younger son of Gaulon and Lilia and he's only twelve years old appearance wise hes a mini Lilia and he looks up to his father baisicly being a mini Gaulon personality wise. Since he's not a fully fledged rider (hes baisicly their equivalent to a squire) he only has baisic metal armor with a rider cloak (image 11) and steal sword. His monster is a lunargaron (image 12) named Frostbite who originally belonged to his aunt Simone.

I thought to do the house thats constantly seeking their approval aka house Bracky.

House Bracky's sigil is based off the same monster their named after that being Brackydios where its shone on a Green field, house Bracky is the smallest of the five houses only having 80 out of the 1000 riders within the children of Redan sellsword company. They prioritise in mainly brute wyvern monsters and like house Razewing their basic soldiers uses bird wyverns but unlike house Razewing they use the terrestrial species of bird wyverns. Members of house Bracky is identifiable by their massive size and bulk and light blond hair that they dye various colours. There numbers are much lower than the other houses because brute wyverns are best for sieging castles and demoralising army's due to brute wyverns being bigger and stronger than elephants, as well as their difficulty to transport making the company think too many are not needed. Because of this there constantly trying to do anything to gain favour of their liege.

Famous phrases used by this house is "beat them, bend them, break them" and "we break the unmovable wall".

During the time of the conquest house Bracky was at argumently its most vulnerable as there was only one living member but he would also be known as the greatest warrior of the company at the time and his house's history (sneek peek but hes also the mvp for the invasion on dorne).

Reverto Bracky is a 6 foot 8 tall, 18 year old man with green eyes and sickly green dyed hair he is known as the Khal killer, his mother died from dehydration while travelling the dothraki Sea, and his father was killed in a fight against a dothraki Khal. Ever since he was a young age he was enamored by Lilith Razewing of house Razewing and dedicated himself to be her ideal match, when he heard she liked strong men, he focused on gain muscles and gaining strength, when he heard she likes it when riders are bold when choosing a monster he decided to tame a Deviljho (image 2) which is considered the strongest brute wyvern and one of the most dangerous monsters to ever walk the earth, due to its high metabolism keeping it content is a extremely difficult task and he managed to keep his under control, and when he heard the distain Lilith had for the dothraki well he was already going to kill the Khal that killed his father, Lilith's hatred for them and his love for her just made it so he didn't stop at one Khal. He would gain the reputation of killing any dothraki khal and blood riders he came across he was even able to make a cape out of the hair from their braids. He wears a suit of armor made from deviljho materials (image 3) and uses a sledge hammer made from the same materials by the name of devil's due (image 4) and his monster is named Fortress eater the savage predator. Despite looking like a basic brutish, brainless idiot he is actually quite intelligent which is a sharp contrast to previous members of his house, his reasoning was to make himself look appealing and acceptable to gain the approval of Lute Razewing. Unfortunately despite all the work he's done to win the love of Lilith its all in vain as Lilith will only marry someone who can beat her in a fight and Reverto refuses to harm the woman he loves

House Razewing is the strongest of the five houses that make up the children of Redan with the soldier count over 110 out of the over 1000 riders of the sellsword company. Their sigil is of the monster known as rathaloss on a red field with a blue border, a rathaloss a part of the fly wyvern monster species and the primary species of the house with monsters of that species being used by the nobles and veteran soldiers will low level riders using bird wyverns, speficicly ones with the capability of aerial combat. Members of house Razewing are identifiable by their hair that is black like burned coals and eyes that are eather blue like the sea on a bright night or red as the flames of hell, there's the superstition that children of house Razewing with blue eyes are destinyed to be the greatest of leaders and those with red as the greatest of warriors.

Lute Razewing is the oldest of the leaders in the sellsword company and the only one with a monster that matches their sigil, he is 37 years old. He is considered a prodigy of battle strategy and warfare, he wields a a sword and shield pair called eternal strife (image 2) and wears the anscestral armor of his house being made from the materials of a dread King Rathaloss (image 3). He has charcoal black hair with a bushy beard of the same colour and hetrochromic eyes, his left eye red and his right blue. He is considered a gentleman with excellent diplomatic skills, when the children of Redan negotiate payment for their work he tends to be the main person talking. His partner monster is a silver rathaloss (a rare species variation of the rathaloss)(image 4) known as Lunarblaze the burning moon. He is a widow and his wife died from childbirth to their youngest.

Lilith Razewing is the oldest child of Lute Razewing 17 of age. She was considered the most beautiful female warrior within the sellsword company, though her kindness did not match her beauty it was not like she was without kindness she had plenty for her friends and family but if anyone crosses her she shows no mercy taking joy in punishing her enemies primarily with painful poisons. Her eyes were a scarlet red and her hair was said to long and flowing black strands of beauty with streaks of violet dye. She idolise her father even copying him by using a sword a shield, using a sword and shield made from rathian (female version of the rathaloss) materials called the Princess rapier (image 6), she wears a suit of iron armor layed with pink rathian scales (sub species variation of rathian) (image 5). Her main monster is a pink rathian named Cherry poison the pink death (image 7).

Cheval Razewing is the younger twin of Lilith Razewing and the opposite of his sister, he acts gentlemanly, well spoken and mannered and formally to strangers and people the company is doing buisness with, but the people who are close to him know him as a emotionless and logical person that only has care for family and monsters, his leadership is excellent but not as good as his father, especially he's not good and lead people into a war but if given a kingdom he'd be able to maintain it economic and resource management wise. He is considered the black sheep of his family or blond sheep as he has his mother's blond hair, his eyes are the same colour as his father's right eye. He wields a hunting horn (Baisicly a hammer combined with a flute that can heal and increase stats that for the sake of this AU I'm just going to say its because of magic) called magia charmbell (image 8) and his armor is made the materials of the bird wyverns known as velocidrome (image 9). His monster is azure rathaloss (rathaloss subspecies) named Azulon the blue prince (image 10).

Gaul Razewing can also be considered a black sheep of his family as he's the only with a monster that isn’t of the fire element, he's the spitting image of his father even with the same odd colour eyes but there a lighter shade of red and blue, he's 15 of age he wears leather armor (image 11) and wields a bow called Usurper's Boltslicer which is made from zinorge monster materials (image 12). Personality wise hes very similar to father hes a perfect mix for whats needed to rule but his skills are much lesser but his father is confident he'd improve. His monster is a Astalos (image 13) which is baisicly a electrical bird and his name is Flash spark the green bolt.

Leo Razewing is the youngest of the Razewing Children being of age 12, he lacks ambition, he's considered lazy and only cares about helping his family and spending time with his monster he has, his family keeps saying he has the potential to be one of the best riders in the company he just lacks the desire for it, he has light red almost pinkish eyes and short black hair, due to his lack of ambition he hasn't earned the right to wear or wield the amor and weapons of his house so he only wears baisicly knight like armor with a rider cloak (image 14)and a basic longsword. His monster fits him perfectly as its a Espinas a very powerful monster that would be a menace to the ecosystem if it wasn't for the fact that all it does is sleep its name is Ember the sleeping flame (image 15).
