Budget sunscreen WITH whitecast

Hey everyone! I'm looking for a budget sunscreen for my body (under €10) available in Belgium or the Netherlands that actually leaves a white cast. I know most brands try to avoid it but I actually like the glowy/pale finish it gives!

Preferably something with zinc oxide, titanium dioxide, or Tinosorb M as these are the filters that cause the white cast effect.

Any recommendations from drugstores like Kruidvat would be amazing. Thanks!

LAPTOP QUESTIONNAIRE

Total budget (in local currency) and country of purchase. Please do not use USD unless purchasing in the US:

€400 ideally, can stretch to €500 if it really makes a big difference for durability. Purchasing in Belgium.

Are you open to refurbs/used?

No, I prefer brand new only.

How would you prioritize form factor (ultrabook, 2-in-1, etc.), build quality, performance, and battery life?

Build quality and reliability are most important. I want something that will last YEARS (not 2 years and die). After that: battery life and portability. Performance just needs to handle Word, browsing, PDFs and streaming smoothly. I don’t need high performance.

How important is weight and thinness to you?

VERY important. I carry it daily to university. I want it lightweight and compact, not bulky or heavy.

Do you have a preferred screen size? If indifferent, put N/A.

Not bigger than 14”.

Are you doing any CAD/video editing/photo editing/gaming? List which programs/games you desire to run.

No. Just Microsoft Word, Docs, basic browsing, PDFs, and streaming.

If you're gaming, do you have certain games you want to play? At what settings and FPS do you want?

Not gaming.

Any specific requirements such as good keyboard, reliable build quality, touch-screen, finger-print reader, optical drive or good input devices (keyboard/touchpad)?

Reliable build quality is very important. Decent keyboard for typing papers. Not interested in a Chromebook. No need for touchscreen.

Leave any finishing thoughts here that you may feel are necessary and beneficial to the discussion.

My 2018 Chromebook completely crashed (screen and updates stopped working), so I urgently need a new laptop for university. I was considering the Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 3, but I’ve seen reviews saying it can have charging issues or stop working after around 2 years, which worries me.

Is €400 enough for something reliable that will last many years or should I increase my budget to €500 for better long-term durability? I really want something that will last a long, long time. Any specific model recommendations would be appreciated.

So my 2018 Chromebook COMPLETELY died on me. The screen and updates just gave up and now it’s basically unusable. I urgently need a new laptop for uni ❗️

Here’s what I need

- NOT a Chromebook

- Small and compact (around 14″)

- Lightweight

- Mostly for school stuff: Word/Docs, simple browsing, videos, PDFs, etc. ( no gaming)

- Brand new only (not refurbished or secondhand)

- Budget around ~€400 (but open to going a bit higher if it means much better lifespan)

I’ve been checking out the Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 3, but I’ve seen some reviews saying it can stop working after 2 years or have charging issues and I really want something that will last years and years, not just a short while.

Is ~€400 enough for something reliable that will last a long time? Or should I aim for a bit higher budget for durability? What specific models would you recommend?

Thank you so much in advance! I really appreciate any help! 🙏
