Sturbust mydriasis-dependent

I had femtolasik two months ago, with mini monovision. My eye is getting less dry, and I'm almost forgetting I don't have glasses. My daytime vision at distance and medium range is perfect, and up close is almost perfect (I occasionally wear reading glasses). However, in low light, things get worse. The typical situation is in tunnels when I'm driving, I get stunned lights (especially if the lights are white and LED), which radiate in all directions, but especially in three-pointed shapes like the Mercedes logo. I drive safely, but it's a bit annoying and I'm afraid it will stay that way forever. If I look at an LED in the dark, I see the rays, and if I slowly increase the brightness, the length of the rays shortens until they disappear completely. It's clearly a pupil-dependent phenomenon. In these cases, can I still hope for them to reduce, or is it permanent? Can it also get worse over time?
