Any other people who scored WQ on the spring bid and filled out their EODS and still waiting for CIL?

I just received my TOL and I have a few questions.

1. How did you guys fill it out and sign it?
2. It says in the email to hit reply all when sending it back, however they also list an entirely different email to send it to.
3. How long until we receive info on when and where ti get our medical and other clearances done?

I keep calling to check my ATSA scores but it remains on hold for around 30 minutes and then the music stops and the line goes quiet. I have waited for upwards of an hour and a half before giving up. Has anybody else experienced this? I have been calling everyday for a week.
