I live and work as a veterinary clinician in a middle/eastern european country. Im an employee, so I don’t own my own practice. Here in theye private practices rules don’t really exist. For isntance the don’t pay taxes properly after us, so we won’t get a pension or proper benefits after becoming a parent etc. We work under a huge pressure with a lot of overtine and the practice owners can do whatever they want to do to us. Pays are not great either. The entrepreneurs are very much afraid of these companies and I can see why, but I do think that it will be for the better for employees. What do you think?
