How screwed am I

Bought my first boat today and already feel like a complete idiot. I was cleaning out the bilge area and there was some water, so I turned the power on then the bilge pump off… forgot to turn the power off. 6-8 hours later I remembered and turned it off. Light still comes on for power so i’m assuming the batteries still have charge. Is there anything I need to do?

Out of the box

Had a little league minors (AAA) game tonight called a kid out for being out of the box while making contact with a pitch. It was very blatant probably a full foot out. Coach upset saying it is a developmental league, but to me it’s the same as calling him out for interference or awarding him first for catchers interference. Do you think i’m correct in this thinking or do you just let it slide and if so to what point.

Added context, last game of regular season before playoffs, pretty competitive game and teams. Obviously not perfect, but it is real baseball. Meaning kids are stealing, throwing strikes, delayed steal, throwing runners out at home from the outfield.

Illegal disengagement

What happens if a pitcher steps off but doesn’t drop the hands to the side as “When the pitcher disengages the pitcher's plate, he/she must drop the hands to the sides” states.

There is no penalty written for it just says the pitcher must. From what I know this isn’t one of the 13 ways to balk. So what’s the penalty if any?
