what helped me with my blushing

I just came across this sub and have been looking through some of the posts.

I get blushing every now and then too, and I’m not trying to recommend anything here, but one thing that seemed to help me slightly was the peptide GHK-Cu. Again, not a recommendation, just sharing my personal experience.

I used it for about 3 months, and during that time I started noticing that even though I could feel myself blushing, when I looked in the mirror it didn’t actually look nearly as bad as it normally would. It looked pretty minimal, even though I was expecting it to be way worse.

I honestly don’t know what exactly caused that. Maybe it had something to do with the collagen-related effects of the peptide, but I really have no idea. Maybe there’s some alternative to that instead of having to inject something.

Hopefully this helps someone here, or at least gives someone an idea to look into whether there might be some kind of connection. Maybe someone else has had a similar experience too.

at what age did you start to blush?

curious when people first realised blushing was a real issue for them + first experienced blushing in a severe way. for alot of people it seems to go back to childhood

Does anyone else feel like blushing has took away there potential in life?

Anyone here feel like they could have accomplished so much more, and done so many more things but haven't because of how much blushing has effected them?

Something else that bugs me is the fact that i probably seem less capable them i am, less confident etc to the people around me.

There have been so many times where I could have done impressive things, awnsered questions infront of the class, done a sport i wanted to do and DO IT WELL lol, public speak etc, but haven't because of how much blushing takes over me and makes those things undoable and unbearable. It strip's me off my potential.

For instance ive got great communication skills, im great at communicating and there were times at school where we had to presentations and id always manage to be sick on those days or miss them because of my blushing, but what annoyed me the most is that if blushing wasn't an issue for me i promise I would have been amazing and easily done a 10/10 presentation, I could have impressed people but my blushing unfortunately consumes me and it isnt as simple as pushing through, blushing is alot worse and harmful than alot of people realise :/
