I know the basic ‘show up early’ rule, but I’m wondering if anyone knows where estate sales are advertised in the area. Is it still mainly the newspaper or the independent? Any other tips you might have are much appreciated! I am interested in vintage and antique jewelry.

I can’t explain how important these peonies are. I was in the hospital for two weeks and Mom sent these when I arrived home. I found out later that day she was in the hospital and she passed about a week later, yesterday.
Can I press these? Do you have any recommendations on how to get the best result? I’d like to put a few of them in a frame.

A few people have pointed out that these are Tea roses. This is funny because mom told my stepdad to order peonies. I think there was some kind of confusion along the way about what peonies look like. I myself wasn’t even strong enough to notice the difference when normally I would.
it’s OK because what matters to me is mom remembered I love peonies and what makes this more special is her name is Rose
