Hi team Fitbod. I have been using the app with building muscle as my goal and beginner as training profile.

It has been 6 weeks since I started working out with upper/lower body split but I haven’t received a single workout that focuses on forearms. I had to manually add forearm exercise today. It is severely limiting my gains.

As I use the app workout suggestions rather blindly, I request you to add forearm workouts to the algorithm.

I have noticed that the reactions get worse whenever I use electric toothbrush instead of normal one.

I have also noticed that using electric toothbrush over my gums makes my breath horrible.

I started to recently brush my gums more with normal toothbrush and I noticed the phlegm increase in the throat area which I spit out.

So, could my gums be causing the issue? They look normal and don’t bleed. But can they still contain bad breath causing bacteria all the time?
