Dark Gallifrey Finale
Does anyone have a feeling that the final set of Dark Gallifrey will be centered around the Doctor? Who's the renegadi-est of all the renegade Time Lords and who doesn't consider himself a hero? The Doctor.
I know that the whole premise is around the bad renegades, but the final set is supposed to tie everything together and make sense of the entire series. And what do all these Time Lords have in common (other than them being from Gallifrey)? They're all enemies of the Doctor.
As to which Doctor it would be, I have no clue. It couldn't be anyone before 7, it just doesn't make sense. It could be 7, as he's the manipulator and all of that, but I don't think it's him. It could be 8, wanting a way to stop the Time War, the same could be said about War. It could even be 9. Gallifrey may have been destroyed, but some form of it might've survived and he's searching for it. Now if it's the Doctor, I'd honestly want the Fugitive Doctor to be the main focus. She's someone who the Doctor doesn't remember from their past, Dark Gallifrey could be easily just wiped from her mind. Do I think Big Finish would put the Fugitive as the final tie-in to the entire Dark Gallifrey series? No, but one can dream.
Either way, I wouldn't want it to be the Doctor, I'm just speculating here. I'd rather the final set be about Rassilon, Omega or the Other. What do you think?
