KZ Sheen (Castor Series)
So KZ apparently released the Sheen as the successor to the Castor, and from what I’ve seen the shell design is honestly way nicer this time. Feels like a proper step up visually.
Has anyone here actually tried both? Curious how they compare sound-wise, not just looks. Is the Sheen a clear upgrade or more of a sidegrade with a facelift? From what I can tell from the pictures the 2DDs are now in a parallel config instead of the stacked from the Castor.
Problem is there’s barely any independent reviews out yet. I could only really find one, a Japanese review that included a short sound sample, but that’s about it. No bigger channels or the usual IEM reviewers have covered it so far, at least not that I could find.

Would appreciate any impressions if you’ve got either (or both) in hand and maybe some measurements would be very nice.
