Hi all, I am on 10 mg of olmesartan and noticed lately that I'm waking up panicked 4 hours later if I take it right before bed. Usually on an emptyish stomach. Any tips? Better to take with food or take earlier in evening?

Wondering if it's better to check side effects of the estrogen patch first, then work in progesterone pill after a week. I'm a few years post-meno. I was prescribed it because of osteopenia. Thanks for any advice!
