Customer Service/Missing Subscription

Has anyone had any luck getting in touch with customer service lately? I've been trying for the past month (almost two), and...crickets. I purchased Lifetime Pro last year, and I wasn't on it much due to just having a difficult pregnancy. I went back in and my account is back to being the basic free account. I'm incredibly frustrated about this.

My cat has started aggressively kneading me while holding the blanket in her mouth and I have no idea why.

She's always loves giving biscuits before cuddling, but it's never been like this before, and she leaves after her "session". I'm almost 31 weeks pregnant, so this isn't the most comfortable for me. Any idea as to why she's being like this?
