i saw the upper one in a transcription video and i was curious why the guy wrote it like that. like i get the notes are really short but isnt a staccato note like used for both stabby and really stabby notes?

i found this microtonal blues scale but i cant figure out why the microtonal notes are placed where they are (also whats up with the F#?)

i marked the "new" notes in the microtonal scale with a tenuto

the scale in the middle is the normal g minor blues and the notes to the right are the "new" ones
