Submit ILR without life in UK

Has anyone submitted a ILR application without a Life in UK test pass URN?

Am asking as my partner has only 1 chance to pass their Life in UK test before their Spouse FLR(M) expires (less than 7 days between 1st test and visa expiry).

Advice from both UKVI agents and Citizens advice is for my partner to still submit ILR (even with failed Life in UK) and re-take between her ILR submission and biometrics appointment (so she can still bring a positive Life in UK result to her biometrics) and the HO will decide to allow discretion or require her to take further leave to remain.

So my question is, is it even possible to do this as I've found out from previous threads that the ILR form requires a URN for the Life in UK test, so can she just leave this field blank/put in a 'fake' URN in order to submit the ILR?

Thanks,

Liam

ILR with no Life in UK

Hi my partner has her iLR application deadline coming up following her 2nd FLRM VISA.

she hasn't taken her life in UK test yet but should be doing it soon however likely won't be able to retake before her current FLRM expires if she fails

I called the UKVI helpline to ask what should she do in the case that she doesn't have a positive pass of her life UK test before her deadline for submitting her ILR application and they told me she can still submit provided she can pass her life in UK prior to her biometrics appointment ( so she can bring her test certificate for scanning)

I know the ukvi agents aren't trained on the form itself so I'm not sure if this will actually work. For example does the ILR form ask for a life in UK test positive reference number or should she be able to submit her ILR without this?
