My wife just read Chapter 58. You all know the one.

She is absolutely devastated about a certain character and is currently refusing to read another page.

Since I've already finished the rest of the saga up through Light Bringer, I obviously know exactly how this plays out and the massive twist that's coming. It is taking every ounce of my willpower to keep a straight face and not give it away. She asked point blank is this person still alive or not? And she won't read it if the character is dead.

For those of you who have read with partners or friends, how did you convince them to just push through those last few chapters without giving anything away? It's killing me!
