I need a little advice about which helm i should use

Im a level 25 paladin playing on normal (x3difficulty) currently in act 1 memphis.

So far ive been using the +47 casting speed along with stonebinder cuffs since a little bit before first telkine (act 1) and works like a charm to spam ice shards. But i recently dropped this helm with 1+ skills and the 46% vitality damage resistanc and dont know which one would be better in the long run.

Despite the x3 difficulty increase i seldom die in presence of monsters with stars when they come in a big elemental monsters pack
