Eight months, finally at a judge

Direct Review appeal finally with a judge after eight months (SEP25 docket) How long should I expect for a migraine claim? A couple months?

seems like initial/supplemental claims and HLRs are getting denied in any case the VA can deny them (moreso than in the past) in order to clear the backlog of claims by massively ramping up appeals timelines. Timeframe when my appeal got docketed was one year for direct review claims that are non-legacy. now, it's over 1.5 years. through anecdotal info, appeals submitted in the last year and a half are taking longer and longer to be sent to judges. seems like they are intentionally bogging down the VLJs so keep veterans from getting favorable decisions on high-percentage claims (TDIU, migraines and secondaries)

Docket number is 250923

Currently been 224 days. Was wondering if anyone else in the direct review docket has had their appeals sent to a judge.

At the time I submitted my appeal, average wait was a year, now it's 1.5 years... I'm really losing my mind over the continued financial stress of this
