Looks like this book was originally published in 1993 and it's a 22nd printing. If you're a US West employee what was your actual role in producing the show? Is this likely a gift given at the end of a season?

I think there the autograph on the card is fascimile, but there's another inside the actual book that I assume is the real signature.
