am i cleaning my flair wrong

am i cleaning my flair wrong

so i got my flair classic a day ago after 6 shots over yesterday and today there is water inside the pressure gauge. so after every shot the coffee grounds are swollen way up past the top of the basket and the pressure gauge/plunger has muddy grounds on it so i’ve been rinsing it just like everything else. but now there is water in the gauge face?

i assume its from me rinsing and water splashing on the gauge face but am i doing something wrong? should there not be grounds on the bottom of the plunger?

i’ve gone down to 13.5g of coffee in the basket but still have grounds on the plunger so i assume that is normal so rinsing the plunger is a normal thing to expect but that water trapped in the face is either going to cloud the face or take a long time to dry.

edit: so it was mostly dry when i pulled a shot after dinner so fingers crossed it dries all the way. also i discovered my grounds are not expanding so that they push the screen up. i should have realized i was creating suction when removing the basket and it was partially lifting the puck out of the basket i pulled the plunger out first and tapped the puck out on a paper towel and found it to be normal sized lol.

this is from a tee shirt website “yetee” i’ve bought from them a lot over the past 4 years and they seem to take pride in having artists credited on all their stuff.

the artist credited for this is lucia sancho but they are not on the “artist page” in collections and a few things stand out to me.

  1. the window/wing idk if the idea was a wing or a second neck and head or what but it’s odd.

  2. the sword seems like it’s cutting the belly/chest and does not have a point (maybe it’s in the chest) but somehow also the claws which don’t really resolve with the stump they were cut from

3.outlines of the scales don’t really seem consistent in style some are really bold and some are really thin

  1. the dragons lower jaw is curved like a tongue or teeth but upper jaw is defined from its teeth
