What are sighns your sport is for life and you won't stop liking it? I keep getting super obsessed and then stop liking after max 1 year. Any ideas?

As a martial artist, would you do anything others wouldn't? E.g. going out late
Obviously as martial artists, we are way more prepared for things like street fights. Would you ever go out later with no fear because of this? Inspecually on areas known for incidents like this. E.g. London.
