Question regarding lackadaisy plushes

For anyone who has ordered from the lackadaisy store before, do we know if plushies restock or are one-and-done? Currently, of the sitting-down plush, it seems only the Freckles plush is available.

Question about Tae and Iwai in PX

*Discussion may get into spoilers if this is explained in future content*

Aside from being recognisable and popular characters from P5, is there a reason why Tea and Iwai exist in P5X (considering from what I understand, Wonder and Joker are from separate worlds/ timelines). Theres also the absence of Sojiro at Leblanc.
