anyone have a cataract surgery after a scleral buckle? were they able to get the power right in the new lense? what kind of lense did they use?

i had a scleral buckle almost 12 years ago to the Day and my prescription in that eye went from perfect (before surgery) to -1.25 after the surgery and now it’s at -3.00. is that normal? when will it settle?

there is a small cataract in the eye my other normal eye is completely stable.

every couple weeks it seems like for the past few months i have been getting a snapping sound in my head as i am trying to fall back asleep in the middle of the night.

i have tried all the supplements like glycine, l-theanine, magnesium, nothing is preventing this from happening and it is causing me quite a bit of anxiety when falling asleep. sometimes it just wake me back awake and im awake
for the night.

i dont have a tonne of stress and anxiety in my life but this is causing more for me.

can anyone give me advice or a supplement or medication that can eliminate these? would eliminating coffee completely help? i only have one small cup in the mornings.

getting some conflicting information.

on the TFSA successor holder form do i designate my children as the beneficiary or the contingent beneficiary? my spouse is clearly the successor holder.

some resources online tell me to add them as the beneficiary and some say contingent beneficiary. BMO investorline told me to add them as beneficiary and it will not mess anything up for my spouse when i die.

any insights or resources?
