I can’t tell what this is.
Woke up yesterday and trying to figure out what this may possibly be. Here is updated photo after face wash, applying coconut oil, oregano oil, and applying chapstick from Whole Foods(365 peppermint version). Not sure if I should worry or wait until Sunday for more results?
