We are looking to move to Ptb and have narrowed it down to a few areas. We like the Avenues, Old West End, and East City. We do not want to live in the suburbs or new divisions.

However, someone recently mentioned we should also consider the 'Teacher's College Area'. It looks nice but I'm not as familiar. What are the pros and cons of this area? Looking for mature trees, quiet neighbourhoods, safe, walking distance to downtown (25 mins or less).

Should we consider adding this to our list?
