In Europe, the ai media for commercial purposes is not ilegal in general, however, it doesn't have some restrictions that I notice keplerians were violating, if they use ai media for commercial purposes on they're games they need to tell the user is ai, keplerians never admited it, and just pretend that the ai media is human made, this last part can cause legal actions, they're games can he removed from the Google play plataforma, as I know, here are some screenshots I founded on a discord server about the keplerians ai use, does keplerians could end up dealing with legal actions from this?

Hi guys :D I just downloaded reddit to join the keplerians group, I'm poppy (not the poppymasterofficial, that's other poppy) I find out I could also share some content with other keplerians fans too, I also find out some people share the same idea as I have about the recent keplerians decitions
