No internet but he can stream movies, read ebooks, play very limited games, emessage, listen to music, and video chat his contacts only. Anyone can emessage by signing up on the prisons app. Money is deducted from his commissary account.
There is no general population at IMSI. 535 bed maximum security prison where the worst of the worst in idaho are housed. There's Restrictive Housing and Close Custody where inmates have limited contact but still no general population. It's mostly aryan gang members.
ISCC has 2,100 beds, and ISCI has 1,600 beds. These 2 prisons do have a general population and are down the street in Kuna, Idaho
