There is no general population at IMSI. 535 bed maximum security prison where the worst of the worst in idaho are housed. There's Restrictive Housing and Close Custody where inmates have limited contact but still no general population. It's mostly aryan gang members.
ISCC has 2,100 beds, and ISCI has 1,600 beds. These 2 prisons do have a general population and are down the street in Kuna, Idaho
These small containers are used in tattoo shops, for drug intervention in homeless areas... any place 1 person might need to dispose of bio materials and sharp objects. She says it may have been "gray or black" in the audio with Gooch. Do any of these give vacuum cleaner vibes? They do to me. Lol

My wife's beloved Chihuahua, Sister Mary Marshmallow (Mary), passed away peacefully in her sleep last week at the age of 14. My wife is devastated as am I, but we knew her time was limited as she was diagnosed with an enlarged heart 18 months earlier... but you're never ready 💔
I would like to surprise her with a new Chihuahua puppy, but I have no clue the best way to go about it.... it's been 2 decades since I bought a puppy.. things have changed so much. I know not to go to a pet store, but that's where my knowledge ends.
I would so appreciate suggestions of where to look and what not to do if possible. We're in Atlanta, Georgia, and I'd travel to another state close by if needed. I don't think I can go much higher than $2k... is it even reasonable for me to expect to find a Chihuahua puppy in that ballpark? It's been 20 years since I bought a puppy, and it was from a breeder in the classified section of our newspaper, lol. I'm also not a big user of social media. I joined this sub knowing the time would be coming. Mary was so amazing and irreplaceable, but a new puppy would help my wife with her grief.
