Anyone plays 'smaller decks' with 'smaller packs'?
So I have this 4-person, rather casual and occasional family playgroup. and we gradually shifted towards drafting two 15-card packs (or three 10-card packs sometimes) and having 30 as a minimum deck size. Not only it speeds up drafting and deckbuilding, it also strenghtens deck consistency, which in turn allows better saturation of things scarce in premodern card pool (like aggro) and cuts game drag via decking.
Also, it kinda naturally vectors towards a bit smaller, travel- and shuffle-friendly cubes, like 330 or even 270.
So, do you consider 3x15=40minimum rather set in stone?
