Can someone help me understand my pelvic ultrasound exam results?

I am 31 F. Have had issues with chronic bloating, inflammation, and chin hairs for years. Got my IUD replaced a few weeks ago, and thought I would also get tested for potential PCOS and endometriosis. Can someone give me a breakdown or diagnosis//or lack thereof, on what these results indicate? For the record, I have never been diagnosed with anything pelvic related previously - but I have had suspicions for a long time. I tried googling it, but got lost.

Also - what would this mean for potentially getting pregnant?

I know I should consult my doctor, but these results were just posted and I am feeling a ton of anxiety.

TIA.

People in downtown Salt Lake City Trader Joe’s never wearing clothes….?

Can anyone explain why only in Trader Joe’s (not smiths, sprouts, etc.) like 25% of the customers are barely wearing any clothes?

Apart from it being a hot summer, I don’t see this is other grocery stores. Half of the women are in barely a sports bra, and tight spandex that barely covers their asses. Whole stomach is out.

As a younger women myself, I can’t help but think that this feels like a ‘safe place’ for women to show off their bodies. I am from one of the most liberal cities in the U.S., and even I think it’s excessive. What can I say, Utah girls seem to need to be the center of attention. It’s classless.

I’ve been to other Trader Joe’s in different states / cities ranging all over the U.S., but it’s never this much / this often. Can anyone explain?

I need job / career advice - content creator?

Hi everyone, I currently work a part time remote job doing customer service for a non-profit. My partner just expressed to me that he might be losing his job soon, so I am also looking for part time work, preferably remote (I live in Utah, where the wage is low and they pay $2.13 an hour for working in restaurant)

I am 31, and did some college but never graduated, I’ve previously worked at mostly minimum wage jobs in retail or food.

I’d really like to find a job doing some type of content creation / making ads for clothing brands/makeup etc; something like that.

Can anyone tell me if I have a shot at doing something like this? Any recommendations for companies or how to get started? Average pay range? Prerequisites / pther?

I am ideally looking for work that is $20 or above and remote, is there something like this that exists?
