Area recommendation needed
Looking for a good residential area near Kharadi for a 2BHK
Hello everyone,
For context: I’m M29, currently living in a shared flat in Lohegaon. I’m planning to get married around December and will be moving into a place with my wife.
My office is in Kharadi. The company provides a free cab, and I only need to go to the office 3 days a week, so I’m okay with travelling up to around an hour each way.
I’m looking for an area that is:
Clean and relatively peaceful
Primarily residential, with a good neighbourhood vibe
Less traffic/congestion if possible
Preferably a gated society
Suitable for a couple
Budget:
₹20k-ish for an unfurnished 2BHK
Up to ₹25k for a furnished 2BHK
I’m open to areas beyond the immediate Kharadi/Lohegaon belt as long as the commute is manageable.
Which areas would you recommend for this kind of requirement?
Would especially appreciate suggestions based on actual living experience rather than just proximity to Kharadi. Far away from kharadi is fine. Cab coverage is 40kms from kharadi.
