Hi everyone,
I noticed that when trying to manage school and life responsibilities, you're usually stuck choosing between simple school planners or a chaotic mix of different tools — a to-do list here, a Pomodoro timer there, a timetable somewhere else.
I wanted to build a single, streamlined ecosystem that handles your studies, your daily responsibilities, and your life year-round. That's why I created Tructivity.
One small but intentional design detail: the app opens on the Tasks page — not a homework planner or a timetable. That's deliberate. It means you can use Tructivity during summer breaks, after graduation, and for your personal life, not just during the school year. It works like a productivity app, not just a school planner.
Here is how it helps you stay on top of a heavy academic workload:
1- AI Smart Input: Tap to add items normally, or long-press the "+" button to let AI instantly convert natural text into structured tasks, events, or homework (Works on Tasks, Events, Homeworks)
2- Screen-Off Pomodoro Timer: Long-press any homework to launch a deep-focus timer. You can monitor and control your progress directly from the lock screen notification, saving battery and eliminating screen distractions.
3- AI Timetable Photo Import: Simply take a picture of your physical class schedule, and the AI API automatically digitizes it into your drag-and-drop timetable, or manually enter your classes, with the ability to hide days you don't study in.
5- Zero-Distraction Widgets: Check your upcoming timeline (Task, Event, Homework) or your weekly timetable directly from your phone's home screen without ever opening the app.
6- Grade Calculator: Record grades across multiple systems and calculate it with one press of a button.
7- Schedule Notification: Track submission deadlines, presentations, and exam periods with ease, hide days you don't study in, and receive a structured summary notification of tomorrow's schedule every evening at 8:00 PM.
