This is the first bloom in over a month. Here’s to many more to come! 🥂

This hibiscus has a great leaves but never blooms, the blooms fall off just before blooming. Can anyone help me?

I’ve had it since late spring.
I’ve fed it about a month ago.
I was having trouble with aphids and started using neem oil. It seems to help. I see a small bloom with some but just applied again this morning.
