Genuine question — where do ambitious people in Kolhapur actually hang out?

Not students looking to “learn coding” or random networking. I mean people genuinely doing things:

• freelancing
• startups

• marketing
• eCommerce
• trading
• community/event stuff

Feels like everyone here is either hidden or planning to leave the city 😭

Are there any actual places/groups/events where such people meet?
Getting tired of sitting in front of laptop whole day.
