I’ve been actively applying for receptionist and sales positions in Bahrain for a while, mostly through online job posts, emails, and application links, but I rarely receive responses or interview calls.

I’d like to understand how people are actually getting hired in these roles here.
What methods worked best for you personally (walk-ins, referrals, LinkedIn, agencies, or direct applications)?

If you know companies currently hiring or places where applications are more likely to be noticed, I would really appreciate if you could share them.
Any real experience or practical advice would help a lot.
