I’m 25F & began noticing these budging veins on my right calf about a year ago. It seems to be starting on the left calf now too.

I’m a teacher so I’m constantly on my feet during the school year, work out regularly, and have a generally healthy diet. Is there any way to reverse this? Without any procedures? Worth getting it looked at by a vein doctor?
