Black spot on my teeth. Confused if it's an early cavity.
Hi everyone, I noticed a small black/dark spot on my lower molar (back tooth). It doesn’t hurt much right now, but I’m worried if it could be a cavity or just staining in the groove. The tooth is near the back and there may also be some crowding/wisdom tooth involvement.
