Now that it’s just about summer time and the weather is hot - any ideas for summer knitting projects for protests and rallies? It was a bit too hot for my Melt the ICE Hat at the protest we went to this morning. 😅
I’m a little over six month post op from right hip arthroscopy labral repair and FAI cam. That hip is feeling great! I’ve only had one major flare up (so far) but overall it’s been life changing after being in pain for four years!
I had an MRI last week which confirmed a tear in my left hip. I’m actually a bit surprised because I haven’t had much pain in that hip, but I knew I have/had FAI in both hips so it was worth it to me to have the imaging done.
My main issue now is I’m having horrific pain in my left, lower back… to the point where I was in the ER last night because of it. My spine looks great, kidneys are perfect, so they’ve chalked it up to maybe nerve issues with my hip? Has anyone had anything similar happen? I have my follow up with my ortho in two weeks, so I’ll bring it up with him.
Also, has anyone had their labral tear repaired despite not having a lot of pain in the actual hip? I figured after all I went through with my right hip it’s worth having it done. But just curious! Thanks!
